Reporting to the Manager of Operational Project Management, this person will be in charge of:

 

  • Set up Operational projects related to launch of new products to the market, product lifecycle of assigned products and special operational projects such as cost improvement projects I close cooperation with involved departments (capacity, timing and budget).
  • Prepare the business case for assigned projects and propose priority setting, based on financial parameters and risk to the business.
  • Manage the multidisciplinary project teams, in the defined framework of scope, time, budget and quality of each project. Product related projects and transversal projects (not product related).
  • Monitor, prepare necessary decision taking by stakeholders and when necessary adjust scope, timelines and project budget.
  • Ensure clear communication with all departments (also non-operational) and stakeholders.
  • Lead trouble shooting projects (corrective actions) in order to continue supply.
  • Clearly define with marketing and sales the internal strategy for the commercial products. Being product owner of around 10 commercial products

Requisitos

  • Degree Chemistry, Pharma or Engineering.  Master in Project Management
  • High English level
  • At least 6 years of experience in the similar position in pharmaceutical industry (drug product)
  • Good communicator, leadership, proactiveness, able to present and defend the projects in front of board
  • Availability to travel (5% by year)
